Customer Relationship Management (Client CRM) — FAQ
Managing your own clients as a recruiting agency, answered directly.
Client CRM is the agency-facing side of Expertini ATS — for recruiting agencies and independent recruiters who work for multiple hiring companies at once, not for direct in-house HR teams hiring for their own company.

01Setting up a client
A client record holds their industry, size, contact details, and commission model — either a percentage of the filled role's salary or a flat fee. Jobs can then be linked to that client when posted.
02Confidential postings
A job linked to a client can be marked confidential — candidates and the public then see an auto-generated description (e.g. "a mid-size fintech company") instead of the client's real name, generated from the client's own industry/size data rather than requiring a manual write-up per job.
03Commission and earnings
Realized and projected commission are computed automatically from each linked job's salary and the client's commission model, visible on the client's detail page — strictly internal, never shown to the client themselves.
04Client reports and the Review Portal
A generated report shows the client what was submitted, how long it took, and an estimated market-rate savings figure (using a recruiter-editable comparison percentage, not proprietary data). The Client Review Portal is a separate, tokenized link where the client can view candidates you've explicitly shared, leave feedback, and request interviews — no login required on their end, and commission figures never appear there.
